Pursuant to section 195(2)(b) of the AIFC Companies Regulations, on the application Tickrs Financial Limited (the “Company”), the Registrar of Companies gives notice that, subject to the conditions below, the provisions specified in the Table A below apply to the Company with the indicated modifications.

Conditions
The modification to Section 130 (1) of the AIFC Companies Regulations is applied to Tickrs Financial Limited only in respect of the Company’s first financial year.
Effective Period
This notice comes into effect on the date of its issuance unless earlier withdrawn or varied by the Registrar of Companies.
