3.1. Kazakhstan criminal law
- (a) Kazakhstan criminal law applies to all Centre Participants and therefore Relevant Persons must be aware of their obligations in respect of the criminal law as well as these Rules. Relevant Kazakhstan criminal law includes the AML Law and the Criminal Code.
